À qui vous raccordez-vous ?
Les raccordements basse et moyenne tension sont traités par votre distributeur local — ONEE in most of the country, Lydec in Casablanca, Redal in Rabat, Amendis in Tangier and Tétouan. High-voltage transmission is ONEE-Branche Électricité. Each has its own connection study format, its own queue, and its own lead times. Before sizing anything, identify which operator you will sign with.
Le cadre réglementaire
La loi 13-09 a ouvert la production renouvelable aux développeurs privés, and Law 58-15 expanded self-consumption. ANRE, the regulator, oversees access to the grid. The key practical distinction is self-consumption versus sale to the grid — each has different metering, permitting and tax implications. Get this classification right in the feasibility phase, not later.
Études de raccordement
Vous aurez besoin d'une étude de raccordement auprès de l'opérateur. Budget for it in time and money. The study will tell you the point of common coupling, any reinforcement works required, and — most importantly — the contribution you will be asked to make toward those works.
Des délais qui mordent
Les équipements moyenne tension — transformateurs secs, cellules RMU, relais de protection — has had a moving delivery window since 2022. Order early, and align your civil works schedule to the equipment, not the other way round.
Protection et conformité
Anti-îlotage, tenue tension/fréquence, support réactif: the operator will test all of it at commissioning. A connection that passes the design review but fails at commissioning is a very expensive problem. Have the protection scheme signed off by the operator before ordering relays.
